Young Composers' Competition

As part of the symphony’s long-standing commitment to American music, this competition provides opportunity for young composers to submit new orchestral compositions. The winning composition is premiered and professionally recorded by Symphony in C on a subscription concert, and is considered by the Theodore Presser Company for inclusion in its rental library.
