Free parking is available with ample ADA parking spaces, providing barrier-free access from the parking lot to the church lobby and sanctuary for performances and youth orchestra concerts.

The lobbies at both locations are barrier-free and located on one level, with wheelchair-accessible entry through the front entrance. Each lobby includes the box office / access services window and men’s and women’s restrooms.
Restrooms
Barrier-free men’s and women’s restrooms are located in the lobby, on the left side just before the theater or sanctuary entrances. Both restrooms offer wheelchair-accessible accommodations.
Assistive Services
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive listening devices are available for patrons who are hard of hearing to enhance amplification and clarity. Headsets and devices are cleaned between each performance and may be obtained at the access services window in the lobby.
Large-Print Programs
A limited number of large-print programs are available for each performance and may be obtained at the access services window.
Advance Copies of Programs
Program notes are available electronically on our website for regular season concerts at least two weeks prior to the performance.
Braille Print Programs

Theater Access
Rutgers Camden Center for the Arts and Haddonfield United Methodist Church are wheelchair accessible and offer designated wheelchair seating and parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Wheelchair-accessible seating closer to the stage is also available for patrons with low vision.
Please inform Patron Services if wheelchair seating is needed. Tickets are subject to availability, though a limited number of seats are reserved for last-minute requests. Service animals are welcome at all performances. Special seating arrangements are not required.
Sign-Language Interpretation
Sign-language interpretation is available for Concerts for Young People with two weeks’ advance notice. Requests should be emailed to Symphony in C’s ADA Coordinator, Pamela Brant, at pbrant@symphonyinc.org.
