Symphony in C Announces "Driving Music" 2025 Gala Honoring Holman Automotive Group

Collingswood, NJ (January 7, 2025) — Symphony in C, the Young Professionals Orchestra and Music Education Program will hold its annual gala on Sunday, March 30, 2025 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Tavistock Country Club. The event has been titled “Driving Music” in honor of the HOLMAN Organization, a company whose extraordinary generosity and commitment to the arts has driven our mission forward, empowering students through music education programs in the City of Camden and beyond.

Driving Music will be an unforgettable night of music, inspiration, and philanthropy. Guests will enjoy an open bar, gourmet dinner with wine, dancing, and live music throughout the evening by some of the Symphony's talented musicians, plus dancing to the sounds of the Elegance Electric String Quartet. The event is chaired by Barbara and Jack Tarditi. Mr. Tarditi, a former Mayor of Haddonfield, is the Chairman of Symphony in C’s Board of Directors. Serving on the Honorary Committee are the Honorable Victor Carstarphen, Mayor of Camden, NJ; Dr. Antonio Tillis, Chancellor of Rutgers University-Camden; Marianne Aleardi, President and Publisher of SJ Mag Media and Katrina McCombs, Superintendent of Camden Public Schools. Also on the Honorary Committee are Symphony in C Board Members Chris Haak, Director of Total Rewards at Holman and Mark Hodges, President of Blueprint Strategic Consulting, LLC. Rounding out the Honorary Committee are two former Symphony in C musicians – violinist Robyn Bollinger, Concertmaster of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, and Tobias Vigneau, Assistant Principal Double Bass of the Philadelphia Orchestra. Symphony in C, under the direction of conductor Noam Aviel, is one of only three professional training orchestras in the United States and is an integral part of the revitalization of the City of Camden through its performances at Rutgers-Camden Center for the Arts and its award-winning educational outreach programs for children and youth. Sponsors play a pivotal role in expanding access to music education for underserved communities and will help provide instruments, scholarships, and opportunities for young musicians to unlock their full potential.

Symphony in C offers several sponsorship tiers are offered with corresponding benefits, including recognition in event materials, media exposure, and VIP access during the gala. Business sponsors will not only help us achieve our mission but also align their brand with a cause that resonates deeply with our vibrant and diverse

Sponsors will be listed in Symphony in C 2024-25 season program books and on the Symphony in C website.

Rolls Royce and Ferrari Sponsors will receive a full-page, color ad in the 2025-26 Symphony in C concert program books (print and digital.) Periodic mentions/promotions in Symphony in C social media pages throughout the year and other promotional opportunities available on an individual basis TBD by the parties. Sponsorships received by February 3, 2025, will be listed on the printed invitation.

Symphony in C's mission is to provide performance and teaching experience to talented young musicians who are on the cusp of careers with major orchestras worldwide. Proceeds from Brilliant! will underwrite symphonic and chamber concerts and support the Symphony's music education and outreach programs.
